Jill Reamer has over 20 years of managing business transactions that include, personnel placements, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions.

Jill began her career as a transactional advisor for CMG Health, Inc., a regional healthcare company. As CMG Health’s chief legal counsel and leading corporate development officer, she helped lead the growth of the company from a $20 million enterprise to $120 million national organization over the span of five years.

As a member of the company’s Executive Committee, Jill became a principal force in the $85 million sale of CMG Health.  It was at that point in her early career that she realized her love of facilitating all types of corporate transactions and established Peak Strategy Advisors, a firm that provides personnel placements, and strategic merger and acquisition services to organizations in all industries and for all sizes.

In 2021 Peak Strategy Advisors expanded its personnel placement services by purchasing Professional Personnel Services (PPS).  As a result, Jill now manages the operations of Peak Partner’s three divisions,  Peak Placements, Peak Staffing and Peak Strategy Advisors, (M&A consulting).

First certified as a senior professional in human resources in 1996, Eric Rebbert’s career trajectory provides the perfect foundation for helping businesses make better decisions.

Eric hired hundreds of employees during his 15-year career with Santoni’s Supermarkets, a former 13-store regional supermarket chain, where he advanced to Vice President of Operations. In ten years as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs, Eric traveled the globe hiring, repatriating, and managing local and international staff working in 30 international field offices. As a Deputy Director at an international NGO in Manhattan, then CAO for a renowned architectural firm in Washington, D.C., he gained extensive executive management experience, and recruited and hired from entry level positions to senior executive and C-level roles.

Eric also owned and operated a local staffing and recruiting firm in Bel Air, Maryland and was Vice President of Business Development for a Baltimore-based community bank. His many years in corporate executive leadership roles have expanded his professional network and broadened the skills necessary to establish and foster solid relationships with clients and associates.

Ann Smekal’s love of computer systems began when she was in college as an accounting major. From the first computerized accounting class, she was hooked. Ann changed her major to Computer Science and never looked back.

As an IT professional, Ann has enjoyed a long and successful career. She has worn many hats over the years, but her passion has always been systems administration. Ann has worked as corporate professional  in national companies including TaylorMade Golf Company,  Microsoft, DA Davidson & CO as well as the Port of San Diego and therefore brings to the table an innate understanding of what companies need from their IT professionals.

More recently, Ann found herself considering the direction of her career and the opportunities available due to the changing employment climate. With some encouragement from colleagues, she decided to hang up her Systems Administrator hat and leverage her extensive technical background to pursue IT recruiting. Ann was delighted when she was contacted by Jill Reamer, President at Peak Partners, and offered a position with the company. Ann says she feels very blessed to be working with the team at Peak and loves her job!
